Insightful Geopolitics

This post of mine would be in three parts, firstly just to avoid it being too lengthy, and secondly due to the situation in today’s geopolitics, which is very dynamic and changing at a very fast pace.

China is on the prowl and counties are sensing the foreboding. Big or small, far or near, every country has the same question ”will China rule the world one day, and how would we deal with that world”. I have often heard this from various quarters that ”we would prefer the rogue US any day to a saner China”. It is a harsh reality, capitalist prosperity leads to military acquisitions. The economic rise of America led to the building of a great navy. Same was the case with the most European powers, post-industrial revolution. A new moral leadership is needed in the world!

“As Zimbabwe slides miserably down an apparently bottomless slope of corruption, violence and economic collapse, the Mandela moral shadow looms over the failings of leadership across the continent. (Which leads to a powerful message to other places of seemingly intractable conflict)… In South Africa repression and resistance cycled and spiralled. But there was no possible military victory against the people, no matter how powerful South Africa’s military machine. In the end, only a negotiated settlement could end the violence – and that required moral leadership, from all sides. Israel, Sudan, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, the United States and many others will one day get the point; alas for those doomed to suffer till then.”

World Mental Health Day 2018

22 Nov

Mental Health (and how to cope and relieve stress) is vitally important in todays stressful and uncertain world

Best wishes from the First City to see the sun (in summer) …and we’re also the first to see the sunset and the stars (in winter-time)

Harshita, My Scribbled Words

Being a active Mental Health, LGBT and Feminist speaker. Fortis Mental Health gave me chance to speak on mental health. So thank you. And also, they are reaching out to dozens of people to give all kind of help.

So feel free to seek help here.

Here I present my story and experience of therapy and importance of mental health in today’s generation.

Today is “World Mental Health Day”. A subject, that whilst visible progress is happening, it still IS NOT TALKED ABOUT ENOUGH. The stigma still needs to be broken and the floodgates of these mental health conditions must be set free and allowed to flow out into this world without fear or prejudice. I have a mental health condition diagnosis.

Few months back my mental and emotional health got worse due to many reasons. Last year, when I started my college I wasn’t that serious but things…
